ในระหว่างรอข่าวคืบหน้าเรื่องการอบรมเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบอาคาร

ตอนที่ 1 ใบรับรองการตรวจสอบอาคาร และ
หนังสือรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบอาคาร
1.1 ใบรับรองการตรวจสอบอาคาร
ตามกฎกระทรวงที่ประกาศใช้ไปเมื่อวันที่ 29 ธันวาคม 2548
นั้นกำหนดให้ อาคารที่ระบุให้ต้องตรวจสอบ ต้องดำเนินการตรวจสอบให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 2
ปี นั่นคือภายในปี 2550 นี้ และภายในวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2551
อาคารที่เข้าข่ายควบคุมทั่วประเทศจะต้องมีใบรับรองการตรวจสอบสภาพอาคารอย่างถูกต้องและชัดเจน
ซึ่งใบรับรองการตรวจสอบอาคารมีลักษณะดังรูปที่ 1ค่ะ

หนังสือรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบอาคาร
แต่ก่อนที่จะได้ใบรับรองด้านบน
ก็จะต้องมีผู้ตรวจสอบอาคารเสียก่อน
ซึ่งผู้ตรวจสอบอาคารจะต้องขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบอาคาร
โดยจะต้องผ่านการอบรมจากสถาบันซึ่งได้ขึ้นทะเบียนไว้กับกรมโยธาธิการ (ภาคทฤษฎีจำนวน
78 ชั่วโมงและภาคปฏิบัติจำนวน 12 ชั่วโมง รวมทั้งสิ้น 90 ชั่วโมง)
และผ่านการทดสอบความรู้ ซึ่งคณะกรรมการควบคุมอาคารมีแนวความคิดให้สภาวิศวกร
และ/หรือ สภาสถาปนิก เป็นหน่วยงานกลางที่ดำเนินการดูแลเรื่องการจัดสอบ
และส่งผลการทดสอบให้กรมโยธาธิการเพื่อดำเนินการออกใบอนุญาตผู้ตรวจสอบอาคารต่อไป
ซึ่งหนังสือรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนมีลักษณะดังรูปที่ 2 ค่ะ
